Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Mykhailo Lohaza, who runs a sole proprietorship (JDG) under the name MYKHAILO LOHAZA, registered in the Polish business register CEIDG.
- NIP (tax ID): 7831865114
- REGON: 523263157
- Email: kontakt@mlohaza.com
What data I receive
- When you book: your name, email, the chosen time and your answers to the questions in Calendly.
- When you pay during booking: the amount and the payment status. Card details go only to Stripe, I never see them.
- Correspondence, if you write to me by email, on LinkedIn or on WhatsApp.
- Technical data the server records automatically: IP address, browser type, time of the request.
The calculator and the interactive parts of the site work entirely in your browser and send nothing anywhere. There are no advertising trackers, and the site itself sets no cookies. The booking page shows the Calendly calendar, which can set its own cookies under Calendly's privacy policy.
Why
- To confirm the consultation, send the meeting link and answer your questions (GDPR, Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To issue invoices and keep accounting records as the law requires (Art. 6(1)(c)).
- To protect the site from abuse and develop the services (Art. 6(1)(f)).
How long I keep it
I keep correspondence and booking data while we work together and afterwards for as long as possible claims require. Accounting records are kept for 5 years, as Polish law requires.
Who I share it with
Only with providers the service cannot run without: Stripe (payments), Calendly (booking calendar), Google (calendar, Google Meet and email) and Cloudflare (hosting and email forwarding). Some of them process data in the USA under their own data protection terms. I do not sell your data or pass it on for advertising.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or data portability, and you can object to processing. Write to kontakt@mlohaza.com and I will reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.
